Privacy Policy

Asal Tax Services is a tax-services division of Asal Multi Services. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit asaltax.com, contact the office, or use tax preparation services.

Information collected through this website

The public contact form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, requested service, a short message, the page used to submit the request, and basic anti-abuse information such as an IP address and request time.

The website also produces ordinary hosting and security logs, which may include browser type, device information, requested pages, IP address, referring page, and timestamps.

Information collected for tax services

When you become a client, Asal Tax Services may collect identification documents, taxpayer identification information, income records, expense records, prior returns, banking instructions, and other information needed to provide the requested service. These records are not collected through the public website form.

How information is used

Service providers and information sharing

The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact requests are securely forwarded through Asal Multi Services' contact infrastructure and its email-delivery provider so staff can respond. Embedded maps and externally hosted fonts may cause the visitor's browser to connect to Google services.

Client tax information may be shared with tax authorities, electronic-filing providers, software and document-service providers, and other parties only as necessary to provide an authorized service, maintain records, protect rights, or comply with law. Asal Tax Services does not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The current public site does not require an account and does not use the contact form to store tax documents. Standard hosting systems may use essential technical storage or logs. If optional analytics, advertising, or additional cookies are introduced, this policy and any required notice will be updated.

Security and document delivery

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect client information. No method is risk-free. Never include Social Security numbers, bank account details, tax documents, identity documents, or passwords in a public form or ordinary email. Bring documents to the office or use the delivery method provided directly by staff.

Retention

Contact requests are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Client tax records are retained according to operational, legal, tax, and professional requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct contact information held by Asal Tax Services, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask staff not to use optional contact information for future outreach.
