These terms apply to the public information and contact features on asaltax.com. A separate engagement, authorization, fee agreement, or tax-service process may apply when Asal Tax Services accepts work for a client.

Website content is general educational information. It is not individualized tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice and does not create a preparer-client or professional relationship. Tax results depend on the person's facts, records, filing status, jurisdiction, and current law.

No engagement through the public form

Sending a contact request does not mean Asal Tax Services has accepted an engagement, agreed to meet a deadline, or agreed to represent you before a tax authority. Work begins only after the office confirms the service, required records, responsibilities, price, and any required authorization.

Deadlines and urgent matters

Do not rely on a website message to protect a filing, payment, appeal, audit, collection, or court deadline. For urgent matters, call the office and independently follow the instructions on the official notice.

Accuracy and updates

Asal Tax Services works to keep the site accurate and reviews tax content against official sources. Tax rules, forms, rates, agency procedures, addresses, and deadlines can change. The most current official agency guidance controls.

Pricing

Displayed prices are starting prices or general descriptions unless expressly identified as fixed. The final fee may depend on forms, schedules, number of tax years, record condition, bookkeeping work, entities, owners, states, municipalities, notices, and complexity. The office provides a quote before work begins.

Representation and referrals

Tax preparer credentials and IRS representation rights vary. Asal Tax Services will explain the scope of available assistance. Matters requiring specialized representation may be referred to an enrolled agent, certified public accountant, attorney, or other appropriately qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the forms for spam. Automated or abusive requests may be blocked.

External services

Links to government agencies, maps, calculators, and third-party services are provided for convenience. Asal Tax Services does not control or guarantee those external services.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Asal Tax Services is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information, unavailable third-party services, incomplete user information, missed deadlines not accepted in writing, or unauthorized use of the site.
